Point Tracker error message

The sign-in credentials you are entering in TripIt could be different from your airline accounts.

  1. Try signing in to the program's website directly. Example: You can sign-in to a VirginAmerica Elevate account at the Virgin America website
  2. Update your sign in credentials on the TripIt Point Tracker page.

The airline might be requiring action from you following sign-in.

  1. Sign in to the program's website directly.
  2. Follow any instructions given to you after signing in (updating your account, closing a promotional page, etc.).
  3. Verify that the error is cleared on the TripIt Point Tracker page.
